Our production employees are highly trained in production practices and procedures. A trainer will spend days and sometimes weeks with individual employees to nurture the necessary skills to perform the job correctly. We encourage our employees to become as knowledgeable as possible to create a higher standard in quality. Re-Source Industries also has quality inspectors that are seasoned production employees and have proven their abilities to perform the special functions necessary.
